Trusted Oracle Expertise for a Cloud-First World.

From Exadata to OCI Multicloud and Agentic AI — I help organisations protect, modernise and unlock the full potential of their Oracle database investments.

Hi, I'm Jasmine!!!

"Every great organisation runs on data — and the best organisations run on Oracle."

I hold a Master of Computing from the National University of Singapore (NUS)  and Master of Computer Science from University of Computer Studies, Yangon Myanmar - a strong foundation that has shaped how I think about complex Database systems,  Cloud Architecture and Enterprise Technology Strategy.

From the early days of learning the intricacies of Oracle Exadata and Real Application Clusters, to masteringData Guard for high availability, RMAN for bulletproof backup and recovery, and GoldenGate for zero-downtime data replication — Oracle has been my passion and my profession.

Over time, as the cloud became the new data centre, I grew alongside it. Today I bring deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Autonomous Database, and Oracle's groundbreaking multicloud  zero compromise on performance or security.

What excites me most right now is what happens when Oracle's world-class database technology meets Artificial Intelligence. They are real capabilities that are already transforming how organisations make decisions and automate complex workflows. I help leaders understand this shift and build practical strategies around it.

To stay at the forefront of enterprise AI, I am currently pursuing "Applied Agentic AI for Organisational Transformation" through MIT Professional Education — deepening my understanding of how autonomous AI agents are reshaping business operations, enterprise strategy and organisational transformation at scale.

"A little more persistence, a little more effort — that has always been my philosophy." Whether I am recovering a standby database with a huge archive log gap at 2am, or helping an organisation design their Oracle-to-OCI multicloud roadmap, I bring the same commitment, patience and genuine care to every engagement.
If you are looking for someone who truly understands Oracle — from the redo logs to the boardroom — I would love to connect.

AWS SpotLight
β€œAWS provides purpose-built database services that allow organizations to choose the optimal data store for each workload, enabling scalability, performance, and cost efficiency compared to traditional monolithic database systems.”

Key Concept
πŸ‘‰ AWS philosophy = β€œRight database for the right workload”
Instead of one system (like Exadata), AWS offers:
  • Multiple specialized databases
  • Each optimized for a specific use case

Real Example (Fintech Architecture)
  • Transactions β†’ Aurora / RDS
  • User sessions β†’ DynamoDB
  • Analytics β†’ Redshift
  • Caching β†’ ElastiCache

AWS SpotLight

The I/O latency was already impressive on the X10M at 17us, but Oracle have managed to reduced this now to 14us to give 21% faster XRMEM read latency and up to 43% faster flash OLTP read latency. Oracle Exadata X11M Next Generation Hardware Available Everywhere
